Plumbing Construction Superintendent I

R.T. Moore Co., Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Superintendent I to lead field plumbing operations on residential and multi-family construction projects. This role oversees crews, coordinates schedules, ensures code-compliant installations, and drives jobsite safety and quality. You’ll interpret plans, manage materials and subcontractors, and collaborate closely with project managers and builders to keep projects on time and on budget. As a working leader, you’ll mentor apprentices, support training, and model craftsmanship and integrity while delivering reliable mechanical solutions for our customers and communities.
