LPN / RN

Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate LPN/RN to provide holistic primary care within our faith-based, community clinic. The nurse will support providers with patient assessments, medication administration, care coordination, triage (phone and in-clinic), immunizations, and chronic disease education. This role collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary team across medical, dental, behavioral health, and wellness services to advance health equity for underserved patients.
