Director of Engineering

Marriott is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead property engineering and technical operations across our hotels. In this role, you will own strategy for building systems, preventive maintenance, and capital projects to ensure safe, efficient, and guest-ready facilities. You will guide a multi-site engineering team, optimize energy performance, manage vendors and budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Partnering closely with operations, you will drive innovation and reliability while developing talent within Marriott’s people-first, inclusive culture.
