Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Processing Associate to join our team in Hamilton, NJ. This position is responsible for supporting various financial and payment processing functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality in all transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, experience working with financial information, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process direct deposits and related correspondence.
  • Perform financial adjustments and account updates.
  • Process customer refunds accurately and efficiently.
  • Research, identify, and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Review transactions for accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Enter and update financial data in company systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of transactions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of data entry, financial processing, administrative support, or related experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
  • Strong computer and keyboarding skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Must successfully complete a background check.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Must successfully pass a drug screening.

  • Must be able to work onsite in Hamilton, NJ.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services, banking, accounting, or payment processing.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance and compliance standards.
  • Experience researching and reconciling payment discrepancies.
  • Some college coursework or a college degree preferred.
