Full job description

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting, develop individualized education plans, collaborate with educators and families, and document progress to support student communication growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting.

  • Assess students' communication needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress.

  • Deliver therapy sessions in accordance with state requirements and best practices.

  • Document student progress and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an equivalent degree.

  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in school settings.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educational teams.

  • Must pass background check and adhere to facility policies.

  • Good organizational and soft communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
