Full job description
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting, develop individualized education plans, collaborate with educators and families, and document progress to support student communication growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting.
Assess students' communication needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress.
Deliver therapy sessions in accordance with state requirements and best practices.
Document student progress and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an equivalent degree.
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Minimum 1 year of experience in school settings.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educational teams.
Must pass background check and adhere to facility policies.
Good organizational and soft communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
