An Industry Leader With a Heart as Big as Its Ambition and Innovation

At Victaulic, we’re committed to constructing a better world for and with our people.

Let’s Build a Better World Together.

Our commitment to our people is built on four pillars:

  • We build from within.
  • We stand behind our people.
  • We foster an environment for constant learning.
  • We engineer change for a more stable and sustainable world.

YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE

We’re looking for a Training Coordinator to join our Manufacturing team in Easton, PA. In this role, you will own the day-to-day coordination of training across the facility — scheduling training sessions, tracking employee progress, ensuring training is completed on time, and creating digital work instructions and videos — while also implementing the rollout of our Digital Work Instructions and Skills Matrix platform, Azumuta.

You’ll work closely with Manufacturing, Health & Safety and HR. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build training coordination, digital content creation, and project collaboration skills in a growing, innovative manufacturing company. You'll get to work with emerging platforms, take ownership of a high-impact training program, and gain valuable real-world experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BUILD & OWN

  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team and the HR Learning Partner to capture videos and images on the shop floor.
  • Convert paper-based instructions and method sheets into clear, step-by-step digital work instructions and training videos using Azumuta.
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions across the facility, aligning timing with production schedules, shift patterns, and operational needs.
  • Track training completion for all employees using Azumuta's Skills Matrix and other tracking tools, and follow up with employees and supervisors on outstanding or overdue training.
  • Maintain accurate training records, ensuring documentation supports internal audits, Health & Safety compliance, and reporting needs.
  • Monitor upcoming training deadlines, recertifications, and expiring qualifications, proactively communicating timelines to employees and supervisors.
  • Generate regular reports on training progress, completion rates, and outstanding requirements for HR and shop-floor leadership.
  • Ensure Health & Safety protocols are properly integrated into all digital instructions in collaboration with the H&S team.
  • Develop and maintain standardized digital libraries of tools, PPE, equipment, and visual symbols used across the facility.
  • Assist in the design and creation of training materials and guides for Azumuta users.
  • Use the Skills Matrix to help tailor training content and scheduling based on operator skill levels and job assignments.
  • Leverage built-in AI tools in Azumuta (and other company-approved tools) to streamline content development.
  • Help ensure consistency, clarity, and accessibility across all digital instruction content.
  • Perform other tasks related to training coordination or digital instruction support.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to schedule, track, and follow up on multiple training activities at once.
  • Experience or comfort working with tracking or reporting tools (spreadsheets, an LMS, or similar systems) to monitor completion and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you'll coordinate with employees and supervisors at all levels across the manufacturing floor and support teams to keep training on schedule.
  • Experience or strong interest in content creation, video/image editing, or instructional design.
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Clipchamp, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar editing platforms (formal training not required).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including PowerPoint, Word, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint for scheduling, collaboration, and file management.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain organized digital files and records.
  • Interest in working with new technologies and learning digital platforms like Azumuta.
  • Comfortably working on the shop floor, following PPE requirements, and learning from operational teams.
  • Ability to work independently or with cross-functional teams, taking initiative to keep training on track.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

  • A diploma or degree in fields such as Human Resources, Training & Development, Digital Media, Communications, Instructional Design, or related areas is considered an asset — but not required.
  • Experience with an LMS, training-tracking system, technical writing, e-learning tools, or industrial/manufacturing environments is a bonus.

WHAT WE OFFER

Build A Better Career

  • Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives
  • Career development programs and internal promotion pathways—we build from within
  • Tuition reimbursement and continuous learning opportunities

Build A Better Future

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Retirement savings plans with company match

Join a company whose products contribute to a safer, more sustainable built environment every day.
