Overview:

2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist Floaters!  

  

Pay: $25 per hour + Seasonal Completion Bonus* 

Schedule: Friday to Sunday Availability Required; 6 hours guaranteed per week, on-call coverage; weekly hours will vary  

Location: Retailers within approximately a 60-mile radius of the market center   

Hours: Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm  

Dates: Now - 1/3/27 

Holiday Schedule: Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days.  

*Bonus is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs. 

*Floaters have priority consideration for open positions within the market based on attendance, KPIs, and other attributing factors. 

About the Role: 

Are you outgoing, tech-savvy, and excited about the latest AI and technology? As a Meta Sales Specialist, you’ll bring Meta products to life inside a local big-box retailer by demonstrating products, engaging customers, and creating excitement around the brand. You’ll also build relationships with retail associates and train store teams on new AI apps, tools, and product features. No tech expertise required, as we provide the training!

Job Description:

Day in the Life 

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart tech, and immersive experiences 
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience 
• Create memorable and engaging customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products 
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on each customer’s interests and needs 
• Guide customers through the full experience, from initial engagement and product demonstration through confidently asking for the sale 
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards 
• Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about current products, features, and promotions 
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals 
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology 

Qualifications 

• High school diploma or equivalent required 
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred 
• Interest in Technology, Wearable AI, and/or Virtual Reality technology preferred. 
• Comfortable engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale 
• Customer-first experience mindset 
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts. 
• Smartphone required: Equivalent to iPhone 11, Samsung S25 or newer  
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation. Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
