As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll work full-time on school campuses supporting students’ academic and social-emotional growth. In collaboration with teachers, you’ll provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring, monitor progress, and help create engaging classroom environments. You’ll also mentor students, model positive behavior, and support attendance and enrichment activities.
