In this role, you’ll support daily living skills, personal care, hygiene, meals, medication assistance, community access, social skills, housekeeping, safety, and recreation. You’ll follow support plans, document daily progress, and use behavioral and crisis-prevention strategies as trained. Success in this position requires dependable communication, teamwork, problem-solving, confidentiality, and the ability to learn required procedures and regulations.</span></p><p style="margin: 9pt 0in; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Lead DSP is responsible for providing direct services to clients through implementation of designated plans, policies, and procedures.
