Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

• Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California physical therapy license required to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Experience or comfort with 1:1 patient care model and mixed treatment lengths (30-, 45-, and 60-minute sessions).
• Experience or willingness to use manual therapy and engage in patient education as core treatment components.
• Experience with or willingness to train on adjunct technologies such as shockwave therapy.
• Ability to work weekday day shifts. No weekends required. Typical schedules: 5x8 or flexible 4x10 for the right candidate.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable stepping in as needed across multiple clinic locations.
