Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide evening care Monday–Friday in a correctional healthcare setting. The LPN will perform patient assessments, administer medications, manage chronic and acute conditions, provide wound care, assist with emergencies, and document in EMRs while ensuring compliance with state and facility regulations. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, providers, and facility staff, promoting safety, infection control, and respectful care for incarcerated individuals.
