Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver patient-centered care in post-acute, outpatient, and home-based settings. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat adults with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, develop evidence-based care plans, and document outcomes. Collaborate closely with PT, OT, nursing, and physicians to maximize function and independence.
