Physical Therapist Outpatient (OT) position available in a rural outpatient setting located in Maine. Job Details:

Location: Outpatient clinics across Maine, including Sangerville, Monson, and Greenville.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Start Date: 09/14/2026

End Date: 12/12/2026

Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), active drivers license.

Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS; no specific education or degree listed; 0 years of experience required; location must be within the state of Maine.

Skills: Vaccines and injections, comfortability caring for pediatric patients, phlebotomy (preferred).

Support on the Unit: Phlebotomy dependent on location; rooming Medical Assistants; administrative Medical Assistants; provider support; prescription refill team (pharmacist techs).

Charting System: Cerner.

Float: Will float between three clinics, supporting different outpatient environments.

Orientation: 2-3 days, dependent on skillset and comfort level.

Scheduling: No weekend shifts required; extended hours (6 a.m. to 6 p.m.) may be needed in rotation.

Holiday Expectations: Facility is closed on major holidays.

Approval of Time Off: Manager approval required.

Scrub Color: Any solid color as long as professional.

Parking: Free parking available.
