Minimum 15 - 20 hours weekly; 3-hour shifts, flexible schedule
2 - 4 patients per hour; 10 - 15 minute visits typically
Telehealth practice for new consults only
HRT/TRT experience preferred but not required
Late afternoon/evening hours until 8 - 9 pm weekdays ideal
Weekend availability desired but not required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
