• 15 - 20+ shifts per month -- mix of 8, 9, and 10-hour shifts
• 2 - 3 patients per hour -- newborn to geriatric age range
• 4 different facility worksites -- FSED sites and main hospitals
• APP support available -- varies by facility and shift
• EMR: Epic
• Intubation, cricothyrotomy, and ultrasound guided central lines required
• High acuity patients -- ESI 1 - 5, including codes and airway management
• Ongoing coverage need extending well into 2027
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
