Physical Therapist

Interim HealthCare is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes. In this flexible role, you will assess functional mobility, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, and independence. Collaborating closely with nurses, physicians, and family caregivers, you’ll educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and equipment use. You’ll document visits, track progress, and ensure compliance with care plans, all while supporting Interim HealthCare’s patient-first culture and clinical excellence in local communities.
