Assisted Living at the Pavillion is seeking an LPN
$25-$28/HR
Full or Part-time evenings (can be flexible with scheduling)
Job Summary:
Join the dedicated team at Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, where we pride ourselves on providing a unique continuum of care experience for seniors. As an Assisted Living LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and support while maintaining their independence. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team and provide high-quality patient care while executing nursing processes, performing treatments, and supporting residents' physical and emotional needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide patient care and service by completing the nursing process, performing various treatment procedures, and providing physical, educational, and emotional support to residents, friends, and families
Ensure concise, pertinent, and complete resident care documentation using computerized medical record process
Direct the HHA/Med tech in the timely completion of quality individualized personal care and ensure HHA/Med tech documentation is accurate and complete
Administer medication and give/receive relevant reports, both written and verbal from/to appropriate staff as per departmental protocols
Support the HHA/Med tech team to ensure timely, accurate care
Requirements:
Current and valid NY LPN License
Experience in a Nursing Home or Hospital is a plus
Valid CPR Certification
