ECMO Specialist

Methodist Health System in Dallas seeks an ECMO Specialist to provide expert support for patients requiring extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. In this role, you will manage ECMO circuits, monitor and adjust hemodynamic and respiratory parameters, collaborate closely with intensivists, perfusionists, respiratory therapists, and nurses, and respond rapidly to changes in patient status. You will uphold strict safety, infection control, and documentation standards while assisting with cannulation, troubleshooting alarms, and equipment maintenance.
