Nurse Extern Student Nurse

Join HCA Healthcare as a Nurse Extern and gain hands-on clinical experience while pursuing your nursing degree. Under the supervision of licensed nurses, you will assist with patient care activities such as vital signs, hygiene, mobility, and documentation, while learning hospital procedures and standards. You’ll work closely with interdisciplinary teams, support patient and family communication, and reinforce a culture of safety, compassion, and excellence. This role is designed to strengthen your clinical skills, build confidence, and prepare you for transition into a Registered Nurse position within HCA Healthcare’s extensive network.
