Outpatient Surgery Registered Nurse

TriCities Hospital in Hopewell, VA is seeking an Outpatient Surgery Registered Nurse to provide pre-op, intra-op, and post-anesthesia care for same-day surgical patients. The RN will perform patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes in condition. Responsibilities include patient and family education, collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia, and support staff, and strict adherence to safety, infection control, and documentation standards. The RN will support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a compassionate, team-oriented care environment.
