Job Description:

Leads a team that includes managers and senior professionals, ensuring effective execution of functional strategies and contributing to how objectives are delivered. Develops and adapts departmental plans, manages resources, and drives improvements to meet business priorities.

Builds and maintains long-term client relationships by serving as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor across integrated marketing, branding, media, communications, and customer experience initiatives. Acts as the primary client contact, leading cross-functional collaboration across all agency capabilities to deliver solutions aligned to client objectives and business outcomes. Oversees account performance, commercial stewardship, operational efficiency, resource coordination, and service delivery while ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and sustainable revenue growth within complex and evolving business environments.
