- Average 10 patients per shift
- Pediatric inpatient population
- Rounding on assigned patients with admissions required
- Ongoing coverage with multiple providers accepted
- In-house call averaging 10 patients per 24 hours
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
