Rehab Specialist

Sevita is seeking a Rehab Specialist in Bloomington to provide person-centered rehabilitation services for individuals with complex medical, behavioral, or brain injury needs. In this full-time, weekday role, you will assess functional abilities, implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions that build daily living, social, and community skills. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, support family education, and advocate for client goals.
