Hematology - Oncology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00

This facility is seeking a Hematology and Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

  • Schedule: Starting November 9, 2026, and ongoing; 2 days per week on-site; days to be determined; 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM including lunch; no call requirements.
  • Practice Setting: Outpatient
  • Type of cases and required procedures: Follow-up appointments and treatment oversight. No inpatient
  • Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 Days.
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic.
  • Certifications required: Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association.
  • Licensure required: Active Wisconsin Medical License
