Key Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, ensuring alignment with patient goals.
  • Guide patients through prescribed exercise regimens and therapeutic activities, ensuring they understand the purpose and technique of each exercise.
  • Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting findings and treatment responses in our electronic health record (EHR) system to facilitate effective communication with the therapy team.
  • Educate patients and their families on follow-up care protocols, including home exercises and pain management strategies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized therapy workspace, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and readily available to support patient care.
  • Conduct routine assessments of patient performance and report significant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
