$80,000 Base + Up to 15% Bonus

A highly regarded fine-dining restaurant group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join its Boston team. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, hands-on leader with high-volume restaurant experience and a passion for exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant and floor operations
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
• Maintain exceptional service and hospitality standards
• Partner with culinary and management teams on execution, revenue, and cost control
• Manage guest relations and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain SOPs, safety, sanitation, and compliance standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• High-volume restaurant experience required
• Strong food, beverage, and hospitality background
• Polished, energetic, and professional leadership style
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits
