You'll join a small team working closely with Recruiting, Events, and Design teams across the firm, along with our external production, warehousing, and logistics partners.

In this role, you'll contribute to both strategy and day-to-day operations:

  • Partnering with teams across the firm to turn their goals into program roadmaps, forecast demand, and keep projects on schedule
  • Developing new products with our Design team that feel current and true to the brand
  • Owning vendor relationships and vetting and matching vendors to projects as needed
  • Running the day-to-day operations that keep our global products, inventory, and shipping running smoothly
  • Defining success metrics, reporting on program health, and improving processes as the program scales

About you

  • Have 7+ years of experience across some combination of merchandising, product development, buying, supply chain, operations, procurement, or logistics
  • Have a track record of developing physical products, such as apparel or promotional merchandise
  • Have a working knowledge of production and decoration methods (e.g., embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, custom manufacturing) and their tradeoffs on quality, cost, and lead time
  • Comfortable building forecasts and models from multiple data sources
  • An excellent communicator and project manager with experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives; comfortable managing contractors and vendors
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail
  • A motivated self-starter who can handle competing priorities
  • Curious about the operations of the firm and how your role fits into the bigger picture
