Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient hospitals. In this role, you will provide hands-on therapeutic interventions under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, helping patients regain independence in daily activities. You will assist with individualized treatment plans, document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team in a nurturing, high-quality care environment.
