Position Overview: - Location: Philadelphia, PA, 19103 - Target Start: September 1, 2026 - Target End: Long-Term - Ages: 1-year-old - Pets: Dogs (2) - Parking: Parking garage in our building - Schedule: Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. About the Family: This Philadelphia family is seeking a household manager who is also comfortable caring for their 1-year-old. A typical day includes child supervision and engagement in the morning, shifting to household management in the afternoons. They are drawn to someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and keeps things moving smoothly without a lot of direction. If you are open to summer travel, that is a definite plus! Responsibilities: - General supervision and engagement child care - Light house keeping - Family laundry - Family meal-prep (some child cooking) - Light pet care Compensation: - Pay: $32/hr gross - Paid Vacation: 3 weeks - Paid sick/personal: 5 days Qualifications: - At least 1 year of full-time nanny experience - At least 1 year of household management experience - Comfortable with WFH parents - Comfortable with dogs - CPR and First Aid Certified - Vaccinations Required: Tdap Reference Job ID: NOR03
