Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS

State Licensure: NY - REQUIRED (Candidates not licensed in NY but willing to apply are accepted)

Previous Experience Desired: 1 YEAR

Start Date: ASAP after credentialing

Duration: Ongoing through 2025 and beyond

Schedule & Weekly Hours: M-F 8S, 10S, or 12S Must be full-time

On-call/Callback: No call

Travel/Lodging: Full travel and lodging covered

Types of Cases/Procedures: General, Neuro, Ortho, OB/GYN, Thoracic, Vascular, Peds, Endo, ENT, GI, Plastics, Robotics, Bariatric, Spinal

EMR System: Cerner

Interview Process: Will interview with Dr. Major

Privileging Process: 30 days

Committee Review Schedule: Ad hoc
