Physical Therapy Assistant

VitalCaring is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to provide in-home rehabilitation services for home health and hospice patients. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver hands-on treatments, implement care plans, and help patients improve mobility, strength, and independence in their home environment. You’ll document visits, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
