Certified Physical Therapy Assistant

Solaris HealthCare is seeking a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant to support residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. In this role, you will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, lead therapeutic exercises, assist with gait training and mobility, and ensure safe transfers. You will document progress in the EMR, follow infection control and safety standards, and collaborate closely with nursing and rehab teams.
