Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. High-skilled SNF experience is preferred. Comfort working collaboratively; facility currently staffs 2–3 other PTs. New graduates are welcome to apply; mentorship and team support available.

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Typical Schedule: Roughly 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
