Thriveworks is seeking a Licensed Talk Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient counseling to individuals, couples, and families in person and online. In this role, you’ll complete assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver ongoing therapy while maintaining ethical, client-centered care. You’ll collaborate with psychiatrists and other providers, document in a modern EHR, and access supportive clinical leadership, peer consultation, and ongoing training in a mission-driven, growth-oriented environment focused on accessible mental health care.
