Job Details

Defend insurance carriers and their insureds in a variety of litigated claims
Manage a caseload from initial assignment through resolution, settlement, or trial
Analyze coverage, liability, damages, and exposure to develop effective defense strategies
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, legal briefs, and other litigation documents
Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, insureds, experts, and witnesses
Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial
Communicate with insurance carriers, claims professionals, and insureds regarding case strategy, evaluation, and resolution
