Registered Nurse

Parkersburg Care Center seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. In this resident-focused role, you will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, support rehab goals, and coordinate individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll document accurately in the EHR, monitor changes in condition, and educate residents and families.
