Full job description
Our client, a leader in the Financial Services industry, is seeking an Inventory and Materials Specialist IV to join their team. As an Inventory and Materials Specialist IV, you will be part of the Solutions Team supporting project management, data analysis, process improvement, and customer service functions within the North American region. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Inventory and Materials Specialist IV
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Pay Range: DOE
Shift: Evenings (40 hour)
What's the Job?
- Support a broad range of functions within the Solutions Team, focusing on project management, data analysis, and process optimization.
- Manage and support the continuous operation of Requisition to Pay systems, ensuring system availability and performance according to service levels.
- Assist with system implementations, testing, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide technical and customer support, resolving escalated issues and supporting rework elimination efforts.
- Develop expertise in full end-to-end Requisition to Pay processes, including custom and optimized Buy Pay processes (B2B and Pull Pay).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and support customers.
- Ability to learn and deploy company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Willingness to support implementation and divestiture activities as needed.
- Basic understanding of system environments and process workflows related to financial services.
