Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• 2 years of Epic experience is required.

• Diploma completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Required education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree (ASN).

Shift & Scheduling: Call is every 4th weekend plus 4-5 other weeknight shifts within that same 4-week period.

Unit Details: Procedures include left and right diagnostic and interventional heart caths, pacemaker and AICD implants, loop recorders, Impellas, balloon pumps, TEEs, cardioversions, and tilt tables. Cares for STEMI patients and performs peripheral IV access. Common equipment includes IV pumps, groin and radial sheaths, Impellas, balloon pumps, IVUS, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, a Zoll monitor, and a hemodynamic system.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
