Dietitian

LifeBridge Health seeks a Dietitian to provide evidence-based nutrition care across diverse patient populations. In this role, you will complete nutrition assessments, develop and monitor individualized care plans, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to optimize outcomes. You will educate patients, families, and community groups on disease-specific and preventative nutrition, document in the EMR, and participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
