Automotive Technician | $80K–$110K+ | No Weekends

Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25/hour guaranteed base pay
Pay Type: Guaranteed Base + Production + Bonuses + Commission
Earning Potential: $80,000–$110,000+ annually

About USC Auto Garage

USC Auto Garage is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Pittsburgh, PA, offering a guaranteed $25/hour base pay plus production opportunities, bonuses, and commission. This Monday–Friday position has no weekends and provides $80,000–$110,000+ earning potential. Technicians work on Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles in a busy independent shop with established workflow, modern equipment, and support from an experienced A-Level Technician.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
  • Perform automotive maintenance and mechanical repairs
  • Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repairs
  • Complete quality repairs efficiently
  • Work independently while supporting the team
  • Communicate professionally with teammates throughout the repair process

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
  • Strong diagnostic skills across Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
  • Pennsylvania State Safety Inspection License required
  • Pennsylvania Emissions License preferred
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Effective job-related communication and teamwork skills
