Medical Technician

Carle Health seeks a Medical Lab Tech to join our Laboratory Services team in delivering accurate, timely diagnostic testing. In this role, you will perform routine and specialized laboratory tests, operate and maintain analyzers, and follow strict quality control and safety standards to support patient care. You’ll collaborate closely with clinicians and fellow lab professionals, document and report results in the LIS, and help troubleshoot instruments and procedures.
