Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of Washington or compact license granting privilege to practice in the state
* Current CPR certification
* Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
* Bachelor's Degree
Assignment Details
* Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
* Shift days: Monday to Friday
* No on-call requirement.
* Weekend rotation may be required.
* Potential availability on observed holidays is required.
* Travel throughout the service area and to nearby agencies as needed.
