Spring View Hospital in Lebanon, KY seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitation for diverse inpatient and outpatient populations. In this on-site role, you will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, and document care in the EMR. You’ll collaborate closely with an interprofessional team, educate patients and families, and support safe discharges, all in a patient-centered, community-focused environment with strong growth opportunities.
