Director of Nursing - Full-Time

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed critical access hospital in Alturas, CA to hire a Director of Nursing (DON) for their Skilled Nursing Facility, with an additional SNF location opening soon. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring the highest level of resident care, and fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
