Director of Career Services
Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-time | On-site
Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Career Services Director to lead all career services operations for our Atlanta campus. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, connecting graduates with employment opportunities, and developing strong partnerships within the healthcare community.
This is currently a standalone department, requiring a self-directed professional who enjoys working directly with students and graduates while actively networking with healthcare employers to create placement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all Career Services functions for the campus.
Build strong relationships with students, graduates, and alumni.
Develop and maintain partnerships with healthcare employers and community organizations.
Create new employer relationships and hiring pipelines.
Connect graduates with career opportunities aligned with their education and training.
Conduct career readiness workshops, coaching sessions, and employment-focused meetings.
Promote graduates to prospective healthcare employers.
Track employment outcomes and placement metrics.
Follow up with graduates regarding career progression and employment status.
Represent the institution at community events, networking opportunities, and graduation ceremonies.
Success Metrics
The primary objective of this position is graduate placement and employment outcomes.
Success in this role includes:
Developing a strong network of healthcare hiring partners.
Creating consistent employment opportunities for graduates.
Building trust and engagement with students throughout their educational journey.
Maintaining strong placement results and employment tracking processes.
Supporting approximately 5 to 30 students and graduates on a typical day.

Consistently connect graduates with employment opportunities in their field.
