Associate Attorney – Property

Associate Attorney Requirements & Qualifications


  • Admitted to practice in Arizona; additional admissions are a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in discovery and law and motion.
  • Experience in both state and federal court.
  • Excellent academic credentials and work history.

Associate Attorney Preferred Background & Skills


  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with Westlaw and Lexis/Nexis for legal research.
  • Experience with depositions, hearings, and mediations.

Associate Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Draft pleadings and briefs for litigation cases.
  • Prepare and respond to written discovery requests.
  • Analyze insurance policies and provide coverage opinions to clients.
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
  • Review documents in preparation for litigation and attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.
  • Submit filings to the court and maintain organized case files.
