About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Lead Automotive Diagnostic Technician in Bennington, NE.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and drivability concerns.

• Troubleshoot vehicle problems and recommend effective repairs.

• Lead and mentor technicians on diagnostic procedures.

• Perform general automotive repairs and maintenance.

• Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVIs).

• Document findings, repair plans, parts, and labor needs.

• Communicate clearly with the service team to support accurate repairs.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of automotive repair and diagnostic experience.

• Advanced, A-level automotive diagnostic skills.

• Ability to diagnose complex vehicle concerns independently.

• Strong electrical, mechanical, and drivability troubleshooting skills.

• Experience using automotive diagnostic equipment and digital inspection software.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

• European vehicle experience is a plus, but not required.
