Team 2 – Neurosurgery and Ortho trauma - Surgical Technologist - $2360 per week.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• 1 month of Trauma Level 1 facility is required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 24 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience:

• REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION: UIHC-Main Campus will only consider candidates who have experience in similar settings (high acuity, fast-paced, level 1 trauma centers); please be sure this experience is outlined in your profile prior to submission.
• Scrubbing all neuro and ortho cases.

Shift & Scheduling:

• 0700 start, 10’s or 12’s with call once per month and 24 hr. call on Saturday or Sunday once per month. Possible rotation to nights 19-0730 not to exceed one week per contract if needed for coverage.
• Start Date: any Monday

UIHC determines their rates quarterly for all agencies and they are non-negotiable. Please check with your Advocate to confirm whether this position will undergo a rate change during the dates of this assignment.
