Behavioral Health Nurse Clinical Leader

Intermountain Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Nurse Clinical Leader for our inpatient unit. This role provides clinical leadership for behavioral health nursing teams, ensuring safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care. The Clinical Leader coordinates daily unit operations, mentors and evaluates staff, supports complex patient care, and promotes trauma-informed, recovery-oriented practices.
