Springbrook Center – ME is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Skowhegan, ME. The LPN will deliver hands-on clinical care, including medication administration, treatments, and wound care, while closely monitoring residents’ conditions and documenting in the EHR.
